This time of year can be stressful (trying to host on a budget can be a lot) or lonely (missing faraway family members or lost loved ones). So let's take a moment to think about what we're grateful for.

As the days get shorter and darker for most of the country, some people feel more sadness or grief this time of year. 
What is your advice for getting rid of the winter blues?
  • Go for a walk outside, even if you need to bundle up
  • Take a bubble bath
  • Cook comfort food, like soup
  • Make plans with a friend (phone call, dinner, tea)
  • Talk to your doctor
  • Get a therapist
